(link to SEYMAC case on Amazon)
Like all cases with screen protectors, there’s very little room between the inner edges of the screen protector and the edges of the screen. This places limitations on what can be done with a keyguard as well as the mounting methods. We’ve opted to use raised tabs as the mounting method for this case.
To choose and download your keyguard design:
- Find your app in the first column.
- Find the layout for your app in the second column.
- You can get an idea what your keyguard will look like by clicking on the “image” link in that row.
- Click on the “STL” link to download your design.
- Once you’ve printed your design, look at the links at the bottom of the page for instructions on how to mount your keyguard.

*** The SEYMAC case comes with two screen protector frames. One has a sheet of transparent plastic attached to the back while the other does not. If using slide-in tabs to mount your keyguard, you should use the screen protector frame that does NOT have the transparent sheet attached.
Note that the “Approx. Print Cost & Time” figures below only apply if you are printing the keyguard for yourself. When the case supports multiple mounting methods we’ve estimated the cost for the most expensive of the mounting methods. Note that we’ve had success printing keyguards using PLA filament with a 15% infill, two perimeters, and 4 top/bottom layers. Print Costs assume a $20 roll of filament. All keyguards with raised tabs should be printed with supports.
Mounting Your Keyguard
Refer to these pages based on your choice of mounting method for a description of how to mount your keyguard:
- slide-in tabs
- raised tabs – raised tabs can be attached using gel tape or magnets. If using magnets, the slot in the tabs will hold four rare-earth magnets 20 mm x 8 mm x 1.5 mm. Four additional magnets will be attached to the case with double sided tape.
